As Joshua found out, the Lord doesn’t choose sides; we do. In the ongoing battle for the souls of humanity, we either choose the Lord’s side or the enemy’s. There is no “our side.” Solomon exhorts us to choose God’s ways when we decide how we’re going to walk to ensure the best outcome for us.
